Cuba remains one of the most interesting countries to study: for its recent history, culture, music, architecture, beaches, literature, tobacco plantations and above all the warmth and authenticity of the people typical of low-latitude and low-income populations, values from which we move away as incomes rise, I fear. A matter for debate.
